This set of 3 ball packconsists one each of Yellow Ball , Red Ball and Blue ball for the use of athletes, musicians, officestaff i.e. computer operating personnel, heavy machine operators and students as well as those with, carpal tunnel and rehabilitation needs. The function of each Type of Ball is as below depending on the resistance level of the Ball:
Yellow color coded Ball: is the first level of hand exercise ball where the user practices to loosen up the sore muscles and cramped nerves to relieve from the strain caused.
Red color coded Ball: is the second level of hand exercise ball where the user now tends to apply more pressure than the first level inclining to tickle/ get back the pressure points to their normal conditions.
Blue color coded Ball: is the third level ofhand exercise ball where the user practices more to retain the strength by squeezing the ball to person capacity and achieve theirprevious glory of hand.
